The estimated processing time for each item is clearly displayed on the product page. This time is required for our craftspeople to construct, inspect, and carefully pack your furniture.

Shipping Methods and Carriers:
We partner with trusted national and regional freight carriers to ensure your sofa arrives safely. Most items are shipped via curbside delivery. This means the carrier will deliver the item to the driveway or ground-floor entrance of your residence. The driver will unload the item from the truck but will not bring it inside your home, remove packaging, or assemble the furniture.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase. We occasionally offer promotions for free shipping; please check our homepage for current offers.

Delivery Window and Appointment:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. For curbside deliveries, the carrier will typically contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment within a specified window. It is important to be available during this window to receive your items.

You can monitor the progress of your shipment through the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the confirmation.
