Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to decide if your sofa is right for you. If you are not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return for a refund, subject to the conditions below. Please note that the 30-day window allows you to live with the piece and make an informed decision.

Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and free of stains, pet hair, odors, or damage caused by the customer. It must also be in its original packaging. Items that have been assembled, used, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fees:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund amount. The restocking fee covers the processing, inspection, and handling of your returned item. The specific fee amount will be communicated to you when you initiate the return.

Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your sofa for a different model, color, or fabric, the easiest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item (following the process above) and place a new order separately once the return is processed.
